Saturday and Sunday (£12.95) Order throughout the week, before Midday on Friday to receive on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 14:00pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Saturday or Sunday.

CLICK AND COLLECT FROM OUR IPSWICH STORE
We can operate a Click and Collect Service at our store in Ipswich. Order, make payment & collect from store. Collection from our Ipswich Store is available Monday - Saturday 09:00hrs - 17:00hrs (Except Bank Holidays). Please note that a few items will not be able to collect Next Day, you will be advised asap if your product falls into this. Order by 4pm to collect next working day (Sunday Orders cannot be confirmed if available until the next working day morning).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We deal with the delivery of your order with the utmost care. The items are personally checked & packaged to assure that they should arrive with you in perfect condition. We have chosen DPD, DHL and Royal Mail as our couriers for their care & timed deliveries to your door or many pick up places throughout the UK & their professionalism in their International deliveries. All orders are tracked from our premises to your door. On placing your shipping address, please provide your telephone number if you would like to be advised of shipping by SMS.

* Goods in transit are the responsibility of the courier, however you can track the delivery online through the couriers website. We normally send the tracking number upon dispatch by email.
Please note that delivery times stated are accurate, but never guaranteed due to various reasons outside of our control. Factors that influence the ability of these companies to be on time, also affect us, and occasionally, you. Previous examples include extreme weather conditions, or staff strikes or parcel sorting errors at depot or if customers do not answer to the door bell within a reasonable time etc. We work closely with our delivery partner to ensure that such occurrences are rare and make a minimal impact on our customers. EUROPEAN DELIVERIES: ON HOLD AT PRESENT. WE WILL PROCEED AGAIN WITH OVERSEAS DELIVERIES ONCE WE HAVE NEGOTIATED NEW PRICES WITH THE COURIER.
It is the consumers responsibility to supply us with the correct address where delivery can be signed for when completing orders, if delivery is refused or returned after 3 attempts it incurs a £10.00 resend charge AND £10.00 if it is returned back to us. This charge will be passed onto you & deducted from any refund or needs paying before redelivery of item.

If you leave your mobile number when ordering, a text will be sent to you informing you of what hour your delivery should arrive with you, helping you to plan your day.
You will have the option to collect from a local DPD or DHL Depot.
